Mdsubmitters Enterprise, is committed to resolving any dispute you may have regarding our privacy policy quickly and efficiently.

Refund Policy

Our client is eligible for a refund after canceling mdsubmitters’ services on the following terms: 

1. The cancellation requested by a Customer has become effective in less than 4 hours after the date of the initial payment for the service. Mdsubmitters cancellations that become effective in more than 48 hours after the initial payment are not eligible for refund.

2. the Customer will be refunded the money she/he paid for the Mdsubmitters Enterprise, excluding the setup and processing fee of $10 per a website. The setup and processing fee is always withheld in case of a refund, even if this fee was waived at the time of order of services.

Please note that once you placed the order we will start our work so it is not fair to us since we have start work on it. Please make sure that you want to hire us before ordering and make sure to understand our terms of service.

We will issue any refunds within four hours of ordering!

Payments Terms:

All price quoted are in US dollars (USD) unless other price currency stated. We only accept US dollars (USD) for international orders and Naira NG for Nigerians.

You agree to accept responsibility for all taxes owed on money paid to you. All payment/money will shall be paid is US dollars (USD). Unless local customers from Nigeria, are allowed to pay with Naira, either through Check (Cheque) or ATM Banking. Please call or email us for more details to arrange for payment. 
It shall be your responsibility to pay any and all currency exchange charges and banking remittance fees on money paid by Mdsubmitters.

Customers are responsible to make at least 60%-70% of up-front payment or Full Payment for all our Services and Products (if not mentioned). Then remaining 30%-40% after the side has been tested fully running on our side. Customer MUST make FULL PAYMENT before we at Mdsubmitters proceed to upload/implement in customer's server. Online orders are require for FULL PAYMENT.
